Start with Request Help when you need a quote, use Buy Now for assistant checkout (8% platform fee, min ₩7,000 — same rule as fee estimates), and Start Selling to open the seller center and list products. Purchase request (proxy)	Describe what you want; a quote ID is created. When ops enters the amount, it moves to approval and credit hold.	No instant auto-charge. After quote approval, the total may be held or charged via the credit hold API.
Shopping assistant order	Search and add to favorites, then pay the confirmed total on the order screen.	Charged with your selected method (e.g. credits) at checkout when balance and rules allow.
Extra service fees (concierge, etc.)	Support or consultation fees may apply per platform / commerce policy.	May be charged separately from the product total, or included in the total per policy. Follow on-screen notices.
